Can I Exchange My Items?

Yes, you can exchange items purchased from Dreamndrift within 7 days of the purchase date if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
The item does not match the original specifications or is different from what you ordered.
To initiate an exchange, notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing contactus.dreamndrift@gmail.com or messaging us on Instagram (@dreamndrift). Each case will be individually reviewed.

We will send a replacement for any defective, faulty, or damaged items. Please email us photographic evidence of the defect to contactus.dreamndrift@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for us to process your claim.

When Returns & Exchanges Are Not Possible:


The exchange request is made after the 7-day period.
The product is damaged due to use.
The product has been tampered with.
The size issue is due to customer error.
Dreamndrift does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.

How to Exchange:

To exchange a product, send the parcel back to our warehouse and inform us that you have done so. Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will send the desired exchanged product to your provided address.

Please note that we do not cover any costs associated with size changes or exchanges due to customer errors. As we operate on slim margins, we cannot cover these costs.
